I have no problem with your footage in Camtasia 2020 on the Windows 11 / main computer. I assumed the black backgrounds were transparent background but when I import and add it to the video the black is showing and covering the back. Here is 2022 on the Windows 10 machine, the footage is fine. I have just purchased camtasia assets and want to add a fire ball from those shown to a video. Heres a screen shot of 2023.0.1 on the windows 10 machine. In Camtasia version 2023.3. LOL I updated the Quadro and windows on that machine as well, no joy. If I disable the the card, I can see the video on the canvas but background removal is a graphics accelerated effect. I have the same issues, no video on screen. Every time I use Adobe Media Encoder to publish a Character Animator project as mp4 or QuickTime and import it to Storyline, the background comes out as black. However, I am already experiencing a problem. mp4 files to be compatible with Camtasia but when your video has transparent alpha channels, that's not always effective and Camtasia to my knowledge doesn't handle screen blending modes like 'screen, multiply, add, luminance, normal, etc.' (correct me if I'm wrong). Ultimately, I'd like to start using After Effects and Illustrator (after I learn those programs) in conjunction with my animations. All the other software I'm using can convert image sequences into.
